On September 26, Neptune 2021 annual mission construction activities were carried out smoothly. As usual, at the end of the exhibition, there are representatives from various subsidiaries in Shenzhen to participate in the theme of this year's group construction -- the pursuit of excellence, create brilliant. As soon as everything is settled, we'll start today's tour.
There are more than 200 people in the group, and the activities are carried out in groups. The two big groups are yellow team and white team. There are 12 groups with 12-13 people in each group. Each group has a loud team name and slogan, king of Glory team, Hell Roar team, Aoli to team, butcher team.... And so on.
Before the event, Ms. Luzhi Zhu, Executive Managing Director of Neptune, was "called on" to deliver a speech:
I hope that the team building process today will bring baptism to our body and mind, so that the team will become more cohesive through such collective activities, and we will have more understanding of each other. I also hope to overcome the problems and move forward together in the future work. Like today's theme, we will pursue excellence and create brilliance together. To pursue excellence, the pursuit of more excellence, that behind the results must be good.
The first project is the name explosion. Each group introduces themselves in a circle. The people in the back remember the information of the first member and pass it on until the last person remembers the information of everyone.
Because the group members were randomly assigned from different subsidiaries and departments, direct contact was not much, but after a round of introductions, I got to know a lot of partners I worked with, and some of them had contact with each other at work but never met each other, which turned into a large "net friend meeting".
The following project is for each group to compete for the first place, each group is very passionate, very confident, believe that they are the first. The activity tested everyone's tacit understanding, so before the start of each group had a tactical discussion to do a good job of division, clear each member's task.
At the end of the morning challenge, group 9 temporarily took the lead, and the other groups were more passionate to compete for the first place in the next round. After tasting the local seafood dinner at noon, the coach led us to do a group of lively and lovely exercises to eliminate eating and drinking.
Then came the afternoon's big competition, a slightly brain-draining project, Babel. Each group had to form 11 cubes from 66 spongy pads and stack them within 30 minutes. It was very difficult and I fell down a lot in the middle, but no one gave up. Once I fell down, I started again until I finished.
Working together as a group can be really powerful. We did it!
This project is no longer a team competition, but two large teams. All sit on a raft, 15 meters long and 8 meters wide, built with bamboo poles, ropes and plastic buckets, and race against the other team on the lake.
Preparation work should also be done, everyone first to carry the props needed. Both boys and girls are doing what they can.
It takes a lot of time to do bamboo raft, to use a unique knot to tie, the original knot will not be many people, but no one is willing to idle, to the people will consult the method, so more and more people into it, double efficiency.
About two hours, the two teams made the raft, ocean boys took the initiative to carry the raft task, the girls are to take life jackets and other props.
The bamboo raft is very successful, each team of more than 100 people sitting on the bamboo raft is not big can float steadily on the lake.
The final project is the collective ultimate black hole. Rope around a hole, people through the inside can not touch the rope, and the whole process of no one can speak, want to speak to raise your hand after everyone else sat down.
If the person passing through the hole touches the rope or someone does not signal to speak, the past or past side will do 10-20 push-ups.
After those who have ideas put forward suggestions, all the people will act in accordance with the instructions. The people who passed first and the people on the other side will transport the people to the past together. The audience of more than 200 people can be imagined how hard it is. Responsible for transport are boys, have to praise a: Neptune's men are responsible, have responsibility, hard-working men.

It was the first time for me to participate in the team building activity of Neptune. Although I was a little tired, I unexpectedly gained the friendship of my colleagues in Guangzhou during the team building. Of course, my relationship with my colleagues in Shenzhen heated up rapidly. Through this team building, I understand that only unity and cohesion in the group will lead to better results, and problems can be solved more quickly and efficiency can be improved. Everyone on the team matters. Only by working together can we achieve the final result we want. This is also true in work. Make joint efforts, help each other, and work together to solve problems.
We should have a clear aim at all times. Define goals and agree on common goals, both as a group and as an individual. Just like the captain in the game, give us a unified password, our goal is to receive the correct instructions, work hard together is to achieve the goal.
On the day of the activity, although we had some shortcomings in the process -- we did not pay attention to details before doing the task and did not fully understand that the task needed to follow the rules. As a result, we had to temporarily change the order of completing the task when the competition started. For example, when taking an exam, I did not understand the questions and did not have a clear answer sequence, which aggravated the tension of the whole team. So follow the rules, work together, avoid mistakes, and get things done as quickly as possible. We should actively race against time, be results-oriented and work together.
This time, I was lucky to participate in the construction of shenzhen headquarters. Although the process was very tiring, I received a lot of goods. I fully feel the power of teamwork, whether it is simple teamwork or large-scale tower building. There are leaders, devotees and supporters in the team. As long as everyone plays their role well, the power of the team will be infinitely magnified.
The last activity that impressed me the most was moving everyone to the other side of the rope net. When I lay down and handed my back to my trusted teammate, I was transported to the other side of the net by a very smooth artificial conveyor belt. At the moment of landing, I saw a lot of strange and familiar faces in front of me. I was very moved at that time, and I just wanted to say: You are too big!
